1. Eligibility and Account Creation

  • You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence (or have legal guardian consent) to join the waitlist.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

  • If account registration or token-based access is provided, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Use of Personal Information

  • By submitting your information, you authorize us to collect and use your name, email, phone number (if provided), and any message you send for: (i) administering the waitlist, (ii) contacting you about early access, product updates, research invitations, and launch information, and (iii) improving the product.

  • You consent to receive communications from us via email (and SMS if you provide a phone number). You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe or stop instructions included with each message.

  • Our handling of personal data is further described in our Privacy Notice (linked on the site).

3. No Guarantee of Availability or Timing

The waitlist provides no guarantee of access, purchase opportunity, feature set, or delivery date. Any timelines or estimates are non-binding and subject to change.

We may limit, suspend, or reorder access at our discretion, including for capacity, legal, or security reasons.

  • Provide accurate information and update it as needed.

  • Do not misuse the Service (e.g., no automated signups, scraping, or attempts to bypass security).

  • Keep your credentials secure and notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

5. Changes to Terms and Service

We may update these Terms or modify/suspend the Service at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, by reasonable notice (e.g., email to waitlist members or a notice on the site). Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The Service (including the website, waitlist, previews, and any materials) is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to the waitlist or your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claims related to the Service will not exceed the greater of $0 or the amount you paid to us for the Service (if any).

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the waitlist or Service at any time for any reason, including suspected misuse, legal/compliance concerns, or failure to comply with these Terms. You may leave the waitlist at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us.

8. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Delaware for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
